MLD can heal the area of skin quicker than time alone. It can reduce localised swelling or puffiness in the area. Bruising that can last ten days after Rhinoplasty has been seen to decrease to only three days with MLD therapy following surgery.

LIPOSCULPTURE
Liposculpture is the removal of fat. MLD therapy is always recommended after surgery in order to "settle" the area, reduce swelling, and return the skin to its normal elasticity.
